Staff training is vital for the smooth running of hot melt application equipment. It provides a resource of knowledge to enable informed decisions to be taken during day to day operation. Those decisions will help improve and increase production, whilst at the same time reduce line down time.

The courses are suitable for both production and maintenance staff, and cover the following topics in relation to using and operating hot melt adhesive equipment.  

1.       Brief background to Hot Melt Adhesives, Application Equipment and their 
        characteristics.

2.       Safe Use and Operation (Health & Safety).

3.       Day to Day Operation, Housekeeping, and Cleanliness.

4.       Regular Maintenance, Adjustments, and Checks.

5.       Preventative Maintenance.

6.       Troubleshooting and Rectification.                           


  

Each delegate will receive a personal certificate of completion of the course.

The course takes a maximum of three hours (depending on volume of questions), and an ideal number of delegates are 6/8.
Availability of a meeting room for that number is preferable, the use of a projector and screen (for use with my laptop), together with a visit to a production line if possible. 

It is possible to carry out 2 courses per day for two shifts
